Hindu Vidyadayinee Sangha (R), established on 30-11-1916, for managing educational institutions has promoted Vidyadayinee Agriculture and Rural Development Training Institue to cater to the various skill development among the local youth and thereby making them self-reliant and become assets to their homes and society.

Hindu Vidyadayinee Sangha (Testing Division) is yet another milestone on this path of adding value to the healthy, economic well-being of the local farmers and residents by helping promote a sustainable environment by water and soil testing services to the communities in and around Surathkal.

Is your water safe to drink…

Water is to be tested periodically for pH, bacteria, nitrates, chloride hardness, and any other contaminants since it is influenced by climatic conditions, since it is influenced by climatic conditions.If these contents are more, then it is not advisable to drink. Drinking such contaminated water leads to many diseases such as cholera, diarrhea, dysentery, hepatitis A, typhoid, and polio.

We test

# Water:Drinking water from wells, borewells, ground, irrigation and construction water (25 parameters)
# Waste Water:Grey water, Blackwater, Sewage and Industrial wastewater (8 parameters).
# Soil :to give service to farmers for better and more economic use of fertilizers and better soil management practices for increasing crop production.(7 parameters)

* The container for the sample can be collected from our laboratory.
* Sample bottles should be clearly labeled with the source and time the sample is collected.
* Please fill in the sample submission form whilst submitting the sample.

* The depth of soil for sampling for testing is decided based on the type of nutrient to be analyzed for immobile elements.
* Ideal time for soil testing is before the onset of monsoon or immediately after the harvest of the crop.
* We aim to have all related reports sent to you within 10days.
